Okay, I'll admit the title is a little over dramatic... But I have decided I'm going to try cut back on sugar. If I was to completely cut sugar out of my life, I would be the moodiest person ever. I don't just have a sweet tooth, I have sweet teeth and just thinking about quitting sugar makes me want to cry lol.
Over the past month or so, I've been feeling really sluggish, my skin has been acting up a lot and I've just generally not been feeling great. I know I could blame it on Christmas but I won't. So I've decided I'm going to try to be healthier - eat more fruit and veg, drink a lot more water, make more healthy smoothies, cut back on sugar and exercise more. I wouldn't say it's a diet as such, but I'm going to call it a slight change of lifestyle. If I fancy a chocolate bar, I will still have it but it'll be more of a treat. I'm not going to completely restrict myself but I'm going to be watching what I eat and etc.
So when Natvia got in touch with me, asking if I'd like to try out their natural sweetener, it couldn't have come at a better time! *
Natvia was founded in Melbourne, Australia and is a 100% natural, virtually calorie free and diabetic friendly sweetener. It's also suitable for vegetarians. You can use it in your tea, coffee, smoothies, baking and loads more. Anything you would using pop sugar in, you can use Natvia in its place.
I've been using Natvia in my cups of tea and mugs of coffee over the past few weeks and I honestly love it. It looks just like sugar and best of all, it tastes like sugar too! I can't tell any difference. I don't use Natvia every single time I have a hot drink but I do use it at least twice a day, every day, without fail. (I still have to have my real sugar fix ok? lol)
Overall I definitely recommend Natvia, if you're planning on cutting back on your sugar intake. Even not having as much sugar and using Natvia in its place has made me feel loads better already! I don't feel as sluggish and even though I've cut back on my sugar intake, I don't crave it because I'm using this in it's place.

I definitely have a sweet tooth as well, but this product seems like an ideal way of cutting out unnecessary sugars when you can! It's great that it's suitable for baking, I bake muffins all the time so making tham that teensy bit healthier would be ideal! I need to grab some of this from Tesco!
