Cruelty-Free Skincare From KOJA Beauty | Klairs

I was recently contacted by KOJA Beauty asking if I would like to be sent some of the products they sell on their website. KOJA Beauty sells cruelty-free skincare and makeup and ship to 27 countries. I was kindly sent a range of Klairs* products to try out and review.

First up is the Midnight Blue Calming Cream RRP £21.99*, whilst this one is supposed to be used on sunburnt skin and/or sensitive skin, I have been using it as a moisturiser when my skin has a breakout. It's been working really well and really helps to calm down any redness. I love that it comes with a cute little spatula/spoon too and it's just a pretty blue colour too and I just really like using it. I think if you have super dehydrated skin then I think this will work really well for you.

Next is the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop RRP £19.99* which Vegan-friendly and claims to energize and rejuvenate dull skin tone and also reduce enlarged pores. I'll admit I'm usually a little scared of oil-based products with me having oily/combination skin but I really like this and it definitely makes my skin look brighter and radiant. I think this is definitely something I'm going to be reaching for during the Autumn/Winter when my skin does get a little dry in some areas and also I can see this working really well if you're just getting over being unwell with a cold or something and it will help your skin look more alive which is always a good thing. I don't think I could use this when my skin is having a full on meltdown and I have a few spots present but when my skin is actually behaving then I will be using this.

The illuminating Supple 40SPF BB Cream is something I was really excited to try when I first opened this package. Because since using my PMD* which you can read about here, my skin has been acting better and I do have more 'good skin days' now. I have been using BB Creams and tinted moisturisers more, especially over the Summer when having a full-coverage foundation on can feel a bit too much in the sun. This BB Cream from Klairs is really good as it's a comes in one universal shade and it's vegan-friendly. It's suitable for any skin type or colour and Klairs have made it help you embrace and enhance your natural beauty. It's really lightweight and you don't need to use much and it just blurs out any blemishes and evens your skin tone out. I really like it. it also gives off a nice glow and it's great if you just want light coverage for a more minimum, relaxed makeup kind of day.

Lastly is the Supple Preparation Facial Toner RRP £17.99* which smells similar to Twilight from LUSH which is one of my faves. It's a great toner to use at the end of the day/when you're feeling like a pamper because of it's slight Lavender scent. The directions say to apply with your hands (rather than cotton wool pads) and pat the toner into your skin. It definitely makes my skin feel extra cleansed and refreshed as well moisturised. I really like that it works for my oily skin type too.

I've really loved trying out these Klairs products and being introduced to them via KOJA Beauty. I really like the illuminating Supple BB Cream and Midnight Blue Calming Cream particularly, just because I feel like they work best for me right now. I think the Supple Preparation Facial Toner is lovely and refreshing, I don't think it's an essential product but I do really enjoy using it. I can see myself using the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop more in the Winter.
