I'm sure by now if you've been following my blog for a while that I feel quite strongly about cruelty free beauty because I just don't think there's any need for it, if brands want/need to test products then they should do it on people who've done something wrong and not innocent animals. That's just my personal feelings.
The Pip Box is a completely cruelty-free beauty box which comes with 5 products per month. The Decembers Edition box had an extra little treat for Christmas.
Benecos Eyeshadow in Rose Quartz RRP £4.95 | I already own a few of the Benecos Eyeshadows and I really like them. They are super soft and very easy to work with. I don't own Rose Quartz so it's definitely a welcome addition to my little collection. It's more of a sheen rather than full-on pigment and gives a nice wash of colour for an everyday look.
Tisserand Aromatherapy Rose & Geranium Leaf Bath Soak RRP £7.95 | I've never heard of Tisserand Aromatherapy before but I really like the smell of this bath soak. It's very fresh and floral and it leaves my skin feeling super soft and the scent also lingers for a little while. It basically just smells like relaxation in a bottle to me.
Freya Luna Facial Steam - Shed Your Skin RRP £3 | This sounds likes it's going to be an absolute treat to my skin, I'm saving this for when my skin gets quite dry during January/February. I haven't obviously opened it to see what it smells like yet but it does contain rose and fennel so I'm guessing it's going to smell lovely.
Raven Coconut Chocolate RRP £1.95 | I've never heard of the brand Raven before and I obviously tried it as soon as I took the photos for this blog post (lol). It was actually really yummy considering I'm not the hugest fan of dark chocolate.
Bloomtown Berry Tinted Lip Balm RRP £4.95 | I've only recently just discovered Bloomtown and tried out some of their products for the first time so when I saw this in the box I was so excited to try out something else from them. It smells very similar to The Body Shop Frosted Berries range but with a slight tint and I've used it every day without fail since I received it in this months Pip Box.
Weleda Sea Buckthorn Replenishing Body Lotion RRP £3.99 | I don't think I've ever tried anything from Weleda before so it's always nice to try out new brands. I really like the scent of this as it's quite fresh and it's a nice travel-size body lotion too.
Overall I really love the concept of this box and it's definitely a subscription box I would recommend. The overall value of this months box is just over £25 so you're definitely getting a bargain. The January Pip Box Box is on sale now and you can save 10% on your first Pip Box making it just £13.50 (+p&p) using the code SAVE10.
