A new mum probably just wants some time out to herself so I feel like the Rituals The Ritual of Sakura Small Gift Set* which I spotted in the Gifts for Her section is a perfect gift to pick up this Mother's Day. It contains a Foaming Shower Gel (50ml), Body Scrub (70ml), Body Cream (70mg) and Hair & Body Mist and they come in a lovely reusable keepsake style box too. The range also smells lovely with its unique organic Rice Milk and Cherry Blossom fragrance.
For the home, I think the Champney’s Calm Reed Diffuser* would make a nice gift. It contains Geranium, Cedarwood and Eucalyptus essential oils so it is perfect to help create a calming environment. There are also other scents available in their diffuser range too.
For an active mum, I think the Joules Insulated Water Bottle* would be a fab gift. It's suitable for both hot and cold drinks and I just think it's really pretty too. It’d be great for a mum who likes walking or even to just take along to a picnic or to take in the car for the school run, especially on chilly mornings.
Boots also sell Fitbit devices which I personally didn't know about until recently so depending on your budget then maybe buying a Fitbit for an active mum/mother figure might be an ideal gift this Mother’s Day.
I also think the Sanctuary Spa ‘Me Time Minis’ Gift Set* is a great little gift set that contains three travel-size Sanctuary Spa shower gels. The three fragrances are the Signature Sanctuary, White Lily & Damask Rose (which happens to be my mum's fave fragrance range from Sanctuary Spa) and the Green Lemon & Orange Blossom fragrance. The products are also 100% vegan.
For a homebody mum, I feel like they would enjoy a nice candle to create the perfect cosy atmosphere, whether it's for when they're in the bath or whilst they're watching TV. I feel like The White Collection Floral Candle* would be ideal for either setting. It has notes of Neroli, Lavender and Patchouli and there are also other scents available in the range too.
Talking of baths, the Joules ‘Colour on Cloudy Days’ Bath Fizzers* not only smell gorgeous, they also come in recyclable packaging which is great. The egg-shaped bath fizzers contain notes of Lemon, Green Tangerine and Jasmine which provide the perfect pick-me-up for any time of the day.
The Leaf + Bloom Bamboo Plant Markers* would be a great little filler gift for any homebody mum who also has green fingers. I think they are so cute and witty and I know my mum will really like them for both the flowers and herbs that she tends to plant around this time of the year.

The Drunk Elephant ‘Been a Long Day’ Gift Set* is a perfect skincare gift for a glam mum who likes her high-end kind of products. The gift set contains their high-tech T.L.C. Framboo Glycolic Night Serum which helps to resurface dull skin and lifts away dead skin cells during your sleep and helps to create a clearer, smoother and more even-looking complexion. It also contains their Lala Retro Whipped Cream which has the texture of a rich face cream without feeling heavy on the skin. I think they're a great way to try some products from Drunk Elephant before paying for the full sizes and they're also handy for travel too.
