I think the Ultra Wide Pad works best for me because I am plus size so it covers more of my body and the area I want to target but both pads seem to work well. It kind of distracts your mind from the pain. I also love that you don’t have to worry about wires hanging about like some TENS machines and the battery life is good as well.
